Impact of Constructive Pedagogy on Students Academic Achievements at Secondary School Level in Kotli AJ&K

Constructivism represents one of the big ideas in education. Its implications for how teachers teach and learn to are enormous.The purpose this research study was explore teachers’ perception regarding pedagogy based on constructive paradigm students learning find out impact students’ academic achievements. The descriptive nature quantitative design used. Government secondary schools from Kotli were population research. Simple random sampling technique used 20% sample randomly selected aforementioned population. is delimited public district Kotli. For pilot testing process forty these also included final study. data collected through five point Likert scale questionnaires analyzed by using SPSS software. Major conclusions were; i) constructivist effective inenhancing learning, ii) decision making ability could be improved pedagogy, there a positive relationship between achievement while major recommendations should adopt strategies that involve principles order improve achievements provide appropriate guidance their regards.
